Narrative:

Due to fast moving line of WX; the south and west arrs were being rted to glove intersection on the byp 5 for dfw. We were on an assigned heading of 350 degrees. Air carrier Y was on the arrival from the northeast. Both of us were at FL300. ZFW was stacking and holding at glove intersection. This controller had too much traffic in the area. Both air carrier Y and us got RA just to the southeast of glove intersection. Ours was to climb; air carrier Y was to descend.
