Narrative:

I consumed the hot crew meal on board the flight and within 1 hour I wasn't feeling well; but symptoms quickly went away. I thought nothing more about it until I became ill on the following flight. About 15-20 mins prior to top of descent; I began vomiting and continued doing so for several hours after landing. I am certain that the meal off the previous flight caused me to become ill since it was the only meal that I ate all day. I saw a physician after returning home and she told me that I was exhibiting 'classic symptoms of staph food poisoning.' this is the third time since 1996 that I have become ill while on duty after eating a bad crew meal.
