Narrative:
I was informed on mar/sat/06 that some tools were found on #2 engine. I installed the nose cowl on plane on dec/thu/05. I was not missing any of the tools that technician Y was holding in his hands; and didn't notice anything out of the ordinary when finished with the job.

Title: A B737-700 WAS FOUND WITH TOOLS ON THE NOSE COWL AFTER INSTALLATION.
Narrative: I WAS INFORMED ON MAR/SAT/06 THAT SOME TOOLS WERE FOUND ON #2 ENG. I INSTALLED THE NOSE COWL ON PLANE ON DEC/THU/05. I WAS NOT MISSING ANY OF THE TOOLS THAT TECHNICIAN Y WAS HOLDING IN HIS HANDS; AND DIDN'T NOTICE ANYTHING OUT OF THE ORDINARY WHEN FINISHED WITH THE JOB.
