Narrative:

After landing we taxied to the gate and were prepared for gate services upon arrival at gate. We approached the gate from taxiway east at a 90 degree angle to the gate on the west side of the ramp to avoid company aircraft taxiing out the east side. The ramp was dry so; as I made the turn into the gate I shut down the #2 engine. As I made the turn; I noticed some deice fluid on the ramp in the gate area. As I approached the parking spot; a ramper was standing to the right of the aircraft just outside the safety zone. As I continued; the ramper walked into the safety zone and I stopped the aircraft until he cleared the safety zone. When I started to move the aircraft; with only the #1 engine; the nosewheel lost traction and slid to the right a few ft off of the centerline. I immediately stopped the aircraft. We were still far enough from the stop point to correct back to the centerline so I elected to continue. This time the nosewheel held and I was able to get back to centerline and park the aircraft.

Title: B737 FLT CREW; DURING TAXI TO THE GATE; HAS TO STOP DUE TO AN INDIVIDUAL WALKING INTO THE SAFETY ZONE. DUE TO ONE ENG BEING SHUT DOWN; THE ACFT BECOMES DIFFICULT TO MOVE AND THE NOSEWHEEL SLIPS CAUSING A SLIGHT LOSS OF CTL.

Narrative: AFTER LNDG WE TAXIED TO THE GATE AND WERE PREPARED FOR GATE SVCS UPON ARR AT GATE. WE APCHED THE GATE FROM TXWY E AT A 90 DEG ANGLE TO THE GATE ON THE W SIDE OF THE RAMP TO AVOID COMPANY ACFT TAXIING OUT THE E SIDE. THE RAMP WAS DRY SO; AS I MADE THE TURN INTO THE GATE I SHUT DOWN THE #2 ENG. AS I MADE THE TURN; I NOTICED SOME DEICE FLUID ON THE RAMP IN THE GATE AREA. AS I APCHED THE PARKING SPOT; A RAMPER WAS STANDING TO THE R OF THE ACFT JUST OUTSIDE THE SAFETY ZONE. AS I CONTINUED; THE RAMPER WALKED INTO THE SAFETY ZONE AND I STOPPED THE ACFT UNTIL HE CLRED THE SAFETY ZONE. WHEN I STARTED TO MOVE THE ACFT; WITH ONLY THE #1 ENG; THE NOSEWHEEL LOST TRACTION AND SLID TO THE R A FEW FT OFF OF THE CTRLINE. I IMMEDIATELY STOPPED THE ACFT. WE WERE STILL FAR ENOUGH FROM THE STOP POINT TO CORRECT BACK TO THE CTRLINE SO I ELECTED TO CONTINUE. THIS TIME THE NOSEWHEEL HELD AND I WAS ABLE TO GET BACK TO CTRLINE AND PARK THE ACFT.
