Narrative:
We were climbing on the CLARE2 RNAV departure from dfw. We had previously checked the accuracy of the information loaded into the FMS. After passing poten on the departure; the aircraft flew direct towards swb instead of tekbe. Approximately 20 NM west of tekbe and south of our required course; we reinserted tekbe and corrected course. There were no known conflicts with other aircraft because of our deviation.

Narrative: WE WERE CLBING ON THE CLARE2 RNAV DEP FROM DFW. WE HAD PREVIOUSLY CHKED THE ACCURACY OF THE INFO LOADED INTO THE FMS. AFTER PASSING POTEN ON THE DEP; THE ACFT FLEW DIRECT TOWARDS SWB INSTEAD OF TEKBE. APPROX 20 NM W OF TEKBE AND S OF OUR REQUIRED COURSE; WE REINSERTED TEKBE AND CORRECTED COURSE. THERE WERE NO KNOWN CONFLICTS WITH OTHER ACFT BECAUSE OF OUR DEV.
