Narrative:

Uret is now installed and operating at ZLA. Aircraft landing vgt; hnd; or 61B airports and assigned the kaddy 1 or luxor 2 STAR do not probe properly. Both FAA orders 7110.65 and 7210.3 describe uret as a decision support tool that provides the controller with conflict probe detection and resolution. Uret; in its current confign; does not provide this information to controllers on the aircraft described above. Uret relies on commercial company for database information and company does not publish the kaddy 1 or luxor 2 to vgt; hnd; or 61B. Until uret probes these aircraft properly and the database accurately reflects what the aircraft are doing; an unsatisfactory condition exists.
