Narrative:

I was on an IFR flight plan from olm to bfi. I was vectored for the visual approach runway 13R. While following the GS and localizer in VMC; I encountered a cessna in the pattern west of runway 13R making right traffic for runway 13L. I received no report of traffic from ATC. I caught the cessna at very close range off my right wing. There was no opportunity to take evasive action and continued on for landing without further incident.
