Narrative:

With MEL 27-4A on aircraft X; an unusual display was observed on the flight director during the departure phase. The stall warning indicator was lower (closer to stall) than usual; and on the speed tape display the airspeed yellow/red caution band was indicating a higher airspeed. The aircraft was configured correctly; and departure weights were correct. Recommend looking into the MEL to correct the flight director display. Maybe the biasing of the stall warning or airspeed caution band inputs could be corrected to reflect actual flap/slat position.
