Narrative:

Left oil cap off engine. On dec/wed/05 I svced the oils on aircraft X. The oil cart did not work. I then went back to repair the oil cart. 20 mins later; I svced the oil on the left engine first; wiped off engine of excess oil; secured cap. Then went to the r-hand engine; oiled the engine; and to the best of my knowledge; secured the oil cap; closed the door; and wiped the engine. In the future; I will triple check for oil cap security; and make a personal check-off list. I took out the oil cart; the nozzle did not work. I installed a new nozzle; went back and svced the engines.
