Narrative:

On nov/fri/05 I was assigned to install the slide covers per 'a' check job card. I installed the slide covers on L1; R1; R2; L2 and R3. The other doors had the slide covers on already; maintenance was being done on the L4 and R4 doors at the time and other doors earlier. The aircraft departed ZZZ and on arrival to its destination (I'm guessing on a daily check) slide pins were found on door or doors. I don't know which. I accepted full responsibility for not checking the doors that had the slide covers on. This could have been prevented by having individual blocks for each door slide cover installation.
