Narrative:
The 2 aircraft depart iad. I was climbing and vectoring the second aircraft reference the first. I thought I climbed the second aircraft to 6000 ft but actually climbed to 7000 ft. The first aircraft was at 7000 ft. When I saw the second aircraft go through 6000 ft; I descend him back down to 6000 ft.
