Narrative:
Heading to mia. Hiley 1 was arrival. Jax cleared us to kaays on arrival. First officer read back. I saw kains on arrival. Queried first officer if this was intersection. He said yes. When switched to mia center; they cleared us to phord intersection. Said we were cleared to kains. They said no -- cleared to kaays. They called back and said to call this number for a possible violation. When I called back they said someone had done the same thing a week ago. Should not have 2 closely named intxns on the same arrival.
