Maintenance technician reported to me that both the #1 and #3 VHF antennas were installed with screws having too short of a grip length for the installation with associated doublers and gel gasket.

Title: A MAINT MGR RPTS A B737 HAD #1 AND #3 VHF COMS ANTENNAS INSTALLED WITH FASTENERS TOO SHORT FOR CORRECT INSTALLATION.
Narrative: MAINT TECHNICIAN RPTED TO ME THAT BOTH THE #1 AND #3 VHF ANTENNAS WERE INSTALLED WITH SCREWS HAVING TOO SHORT OF A GRIP LENGTH FOR THE INSTALLATION WITH ASSOCIATED DOUBLERS AND GEL GASKET.
