Narrative:

While flying on the bdf arrival to ord; between bdf and benky; we experienced a slow but steady map shift up to 3 miles. The captain stated that this had happened to him on his previous two flts over this arrival in this same location in the past week. He stated that last night he reported the situation to ATC; and they indicated they had no other reports of map shifts in this area. However; this evening when we reported it to ATC; the controller indicated that there was a problem but it was only affecting B757's. The map shift appeared to be most noticeable halfway between bdf and benky; however; everything was back to normal by newrk. To our knowledge; there were no illegal electronic devices in use by our passenger during this event. Upon landing; the error check of the INS showed position to be within 1 NM of each other.
