Narrative:

During takeoff runway 35 at ZZZ1 during the highspd regime; we got a right engine bleed off; followed by the right pack off lights on. We continued the takeoff as briefed from our predep briefing and during the climb I worked the appropriate checklists and talked with dispatch and maintenance while the first officer was the PF and working VHF communication #1 with ATC. Unable to fix this problem; we diverted to ZZZ2 and did an overweight landing. I assumed the PF duties during the return to ZZZ2. I briefed the flight attendants for a 'cabin advisory' as well as the deadheading captain. I also asked dispatch for the ZZZ2 emergency equipment as a precaution. The landing was made at 30 degrees flaps and normal; no brakes were used except during taxi in.
