Narrative:

On the morning of oct/tue/05; I was asked to move aircraft X from 'C' concourse to the hangar. I started the engines and heard ramp control say to proceed to spot. I proceeded to what I thought was the spot. While approaching the spot; I heard mr X contact ground. Ramp told mr X to contact ground. We were on point X; so I adjusted to point Y. During taxi out; the cockpit was cold; so mr X was adjusting air to hot; but we were discussing that cockpit wasn't getting hot; air was blowing cold. I thought I heard ground say 'cross runway at bravo.' an aircraft was passing by from landing on runway. After passing; I looked both ways and proceeded forward. As I was moving forward; I asked mr X 'are we on 'B?' and he said 'yes; go ahead.' I started forward and crossed the line and realized I was not on 'B'; but 'G.' I could not turn around; so I kept on going. I was discussing with mr X that we crossed at 'G' instead of 'B.' we proceeded to the hangar and parked the aircraft. Ground control said on the recording to hold short of runway 5/23 at taxiway B and thought cross runway 5/23 at taxiway B. I should have paid attention to the radio command better; and if any questions; I should have asked.

Title: B737-300 BEING TAXIED BY TECHNICIANS FROM THE TERMINAL TO THE HANGAR INCURRED A RWY INCURSION. DISTR BY COCKPIT TEMP ADJUSTMENT.

Narrative: ON THE MORNING OF OCT/TUE/05; I WAS ASKED TO MOVE ACFT X FROM 'C' CONCOURSE TO THE HANGAR. I STARTED THE ENGS AND HEARD RAMP CTL SAY TO PROCEED TO SPOT. I PROCEEDED TO WHAT I THOUGHT WAS THE SPOT. WHILE APCHING THE SPOT; I HEARD MR X CONTACT GND. RAMP TOLD MR X TO CONTACT GND. WE WERE ON POINT X; SO I ADJUSTED TO POINT Y. DURING TAXI OUT; THE COCKPIT WAS COLD; SO MR X WAS ADJUSTING AIR TO HOT; BUT WE WERE DISCUSSING THAT COCKPIT WASN'T GETTING HOT; AIR WAS BLOWING COLD. I THOUGHT I HEARD GND SAY 'CROSS RWY AT BRAVO.' AN ACFT WAS PASSING BY FROM LNDG ON RWY. I WAS DISCUSSING WITH MR X THAT WE CROSSED AT 'G' INSTEAD OF 'B.' WE PROCEEDED TO THE HANGAR AND PARKED THE ACFT. GND CTL SAID ON THE RECORDING TO HOLD SHORT OF RWY 5/23 AT TXWY B AND THOUGHT CROSS RWY 5/23 AT TXWY B. I SHOULD HAVE PAID ATTN TO THE RADIO COMMAND BETTER; AND IF ANY QUESTIONS; I SHOULD HAVE ASKED.
