Narrative:

The new on-line airworthiness certification test was taken and passed by me on jan/sun/05 with an 'unmastered' status given. I asked about that and they said it has to go through X to be approved. Since I passed the test and that was my confirmation; I took it as such. On oct/thu/05; I was checking my catiii status and while browsing through my transcript; I noticed that my airworthiness certificate still said 'unmastered.' I asked my supervisor about it and he said I was not on the airworthiness list. I have signed off several airworthiness releases -- about 5 or 10 -- I am guessing since my original certificate expired. I feel the program needs to be fixed in that people need to know immediately if they are or are not recertified. If we are taking these tests on-line; there should be no glitches like this. This is too important for something like this to happen.
