Narrative:
After changing runways prior to departure from runway 13L to runway 17R at dfw in the FMS; two waypoints dropped out of the flight plan on the nobly 2 departure. The flight plan had been checked in the FMS; and the errors were not discovered until center advised us we were drifting north of course. We then went back through the points; and found where cobug and ortro had been dropped.
