Narrative:

I fly for air carrier X. I'm authorized to electronically 'sign' the far required dispatch release from the ACARS unit in the aircraft. On 4 legs (or 7 legs; I'm not sure) in october; I signed by swiping my hand over the alphabet (letter) pad to save time and signed by using my employee number which the company uses to identify me. The dispatcher planned minimum fuel on the first leg and when I objected we got into a heated discussion about flight safety. To punish me for not taking minimum fuel; he threatened to 'turn me in to the FAA' for not properly signing the release. No pension; no benefits; no work rules; half pay and now this!
