Narrative:
Departing las runway 1L at night due to wind and operational necessity while taxiing down taxiway F with numerous construction closures/lights following green taxi lights. I never saw a hold short line for runway 1L or runway 7L (first 3100 ft of runway 7L closed). Stopped aircraft prior to runway 1L/7L mat area before being given takeoff clearance.
