On 2 separate trips (ogg-hnl); there were 2 major manifest calculations mistakes. First; flight fuel shown on weight and balance sheet was 107 pounds versus 10700 pounds. On second flight; no fuel burn included for flight with an estimated landing weight 3000 pounds higher than actual.

Narrative: ON 2 SEPARATE TRIPS (OGG-HNL); THERE WERE 2 MAJOR MANIFEST CALCULATIONS MISTAKES. FIRST; FLT FUEL SHOWN ON WT AND BAL SHEET WAS 107 LBS VERSUS 10700 LBS. ON SECOND FLT; NO FUEL BURN INCLUDED FOR FLT WITH AN ESTIMATED LNDG WT 3000 LBS HIGHER THAN ACTUAL.
