Narrative:

At about XA10 I landed a beech bonanza on runway 18. Shortly after touchdown; I began to apply the brakes when the nose gear folded up; bringing the plane to a halt. After exiting; we noticed landing gear on r-hand side was partially collapsed. The reason is currently unknown. Callback conversation with reporter revealed the following information: the reporter stated the primary cause of the landing gear failure is unknown as the airplane has not been jacked and the landing gear tested. Damage other than the landing gear; was propeller; engine teardown and lower fuselage skin.
