Narrative:

I returned to work after 4 weeks of leave. I read the 'read and initial' and briefed myself on all the new items in it. After this; the supervisor assigned me to a position. On my second day back to work; I was working clearance delivery when I noticed that the 'cheat sheet' at the position looked different than what I remembered. Upon closer inspection; I noticed that there were many changes from before. I asked the controller in charge and he said we had a new LOA with approach! I have no idea if I gave any wrong altitudes during the 2 days that I worked; as I was mostly working from memory using altitudes from the old LOA.
