Narrative:

60-70 mi northeast of sayge intersection; given a clearance to cross sayge at FL190; no speed. Flight was running late and full; had many calls and last min request from cabin on wheelchairs and people making their connections in denver. Both pilots were involved in this task and didn't start the descent to cross until 20-25 mi from the fix. Called ZDV and said that we would not be able to make the restr at sayge. Just before sayge they gave us a right 360 degree turn for altitude loss. Was a long 4 day trip; both pilots tired and got distraction by problems in the cabin. Really reinforced to delegate task and someone needs to fly the airplane at al times.
