Narrative:
4 times in the last few months I have momentarily and inadvertently activated the push-to-talk button on the control wheel during crosswind lndgs over tower frequency. Each occurrence momentarily blocked tower frequency for from 1 second up to approximately 10 seconds. Each time this occurred as a result of a tight hand grip on the control wheel while executing a crosswind landing. I have attempted to lower my grip slightly; but then I am unable to access the control wheel trim switches. This occurs during the flare and rollout when a crosswind technique is used. The push-to-talk buttons on many of the saabs are raised rather than recessed; resulting in this scenario. Today we had 15 KTS and more of crosswind and it happened twice. Once ATC queried us if we had said something on frequency; once ATC said to another aircraft that they had been blocked; and the other times I could hear the carrier tone activate.
