Narrative:

On sep/tue/05 I was notified that aircraft had a pylon panel #5829 detach in-flight. The aircraft was in for 'C' check on sep/mon/05; at which time the panel was removed and installed. I bought off the panel installation on the routine paperwork package. At the time of installation; I witnessed the lock position indicators in the proper orientation; and bought off the panel installation.

Title: A B737-300 WAS RELEASED AND RETURNED TO SVC FROM A 'C' CHK. FIRST FLT A PYLON ACCESS PANEL DEPARTED THE ACFT.

Narrative: ON SEP/TUE/05 I WAS NOTIFIED THAT ACFT HAD A PYLON PANEL #5829 DETACH INFLT. THE ACFT WAS IN FOR 'C' CHK ON SEP/MON/05; AT WHICH TIME THE PANEL WAS REMOVED AND INSTALLED. I BOUGHT OFF THE PANEL INSTALLATION ON THE ROUTINE PAPERWORK PACKAGE. AT THE TIME OF INSTALLATION; I WITNESSED THE LOCK POS INDICATORS IN THE PROPER ORIENTATION; AND BOUGHT OFF THE PANEL INSTALLATION.
