Narrative:

The mht ATIS is being interfered with by roc approach bleed over. When we were starting our descent to mht from city I began receiving the ATIS at 37 DME from alb on the 280 degree radial. Roc approach control can be overheard and interferes with the ATIS transmission. I had to listen to it 8 times to get all the required information. I monitored it until 56 DME west of mht and at 19000 ft; and the roc interference was still audible. This results in more head down time by the PNF attempting to record the ATIS. We were only about 140 miles from mht when I first attempted to get ATIS; a pretty standard distance to do this. I did not mention it to mht ATC facilities as I got busy and forgot.
