Narrative:

After we had departed for fsm; we received a call that a correction to the cargo weight had been made. Instead of the 2411 pounds that had been given to us by the ramp; it was actually 2711 pounds. This is approximately 65 pounds over C4 cargo limit. There was no problem with weight and balance. I contacted operations with my concern with the overage. They contacted the emb rep with the information. According to emb; no inspection or maintenance action was needed.
