Narrative:
ZZZ1 shipped another engine to ZZZ not properly secured. They left lines uncapped; mounts not tight or safetied; and sensors just hanging off the side by the harness. The engine shop took photos and is making a list of all items that are not correct. The MEL was robbed and no robbed parts tag was included. An incomplete shipping form was sent.

Narrative: ZZZ1 SHIPPED ANOTHER ENG TO ZZZ NOT PROPERLY SECURED. THEY LEFT LINES UNCAPPED; MOUNTS NOT TIGHT OR SAFETIED; AND SENSORS JUST HANGING OFF THE SIDE BY THE HARNESS. THE ENG SHOP TOOK PHOTOS AND IS MAKING A LIST OF ALL ITEMS THAT ARE NOT CORRECT. THE MEL WAS ROBBED AND NO ROBBED PARTS TAG WAS INCLUDED. AN INCOMPLETE SHIPPING FORM WAS SENT.
