Narrative:

ZZZ1 shipped another engine to ZZZ not properly secured. They left lines uncapped; mounts not tight or safetied; and sensors just hanging off the side by the harness. The engine shop took photos and is making a list of all items that are not correct. The MEL was robbed and no robbed parts tag was included. An incomplete shipping form was sent.

Title: A B737-700 ENG WAS RECEIVED FROM CONTRACT MAINT IN AN UNSVCABLE CONDITION. ENG NOT SECURED ON STAND AND MOUNT BOLTS LOOSE; LINES UNCAPPED; SENSORS HANGING BY WIRE HARNESSES AND INCOMPLETE SHIPPING FORM.
