Narrative:

I was the PF and was told to expect the ILS runway 25R crossing sli. We were sequenced behind air carrier Y landing runway 25L. We were staggered approximately 5 NM behind; intrail. On short final; approximately 80 ft AGL; lax tower cleared air carrier Z B737 and the air carrier Y to cross runway 25R. The first officer and I observed air carrier Z beginning to cross runway 25R and air carrier Y approaching runway 25R. I initiated a go around and later landed runway 25L.
