Narrative:

Dulles (iad) is under heavy construction. There is a service road that is 50 to 100 yards south of runway 30. Construction traffic driving down this road creates considerable dust that blows across runway 30 when the winds are out of the south. The dust drops visibility on the runway to 1 mile or less when several trucks are on it. In my opinion it is not safe to be using that road during peak departure times. If the road must be used; it should be oiled or soaked with water to reduce dust being kicked up by construction vehicles.
