Narrative:

We had just operated in from ramstein; germany; on a military charter edaf-wri. We had flown 8 hours 15 mins. Company wanted us to part 91 tail end ferry to repos aircraft for a revenue flight. (I believe a part 91 ferry is only for maintenance repos; not revenue). We did so under protest. Flight plan said part 91 and there was no place for the captain to sign. The flight in question changed call signs from air carrier X to xyz and was operated by the same company from wri to kdor.
