Narrative:

I was assigned to assist personnel troubleshooting a bleed leak light on aircraft X. During the troubleshooting; the aircraft was called OTS. We were told aircraft was going to be moved to the hangar for further troubleshooting. I signed for the inspection I performed on the write-up at the time; I documented the work I performed and OTS work pack was generated. I became aware that there was an incident with a loose panel. Better planning and avoid interruptions during task performances. Personnel working the aircraft were interrupted and reassigned to other crew. Job also was interrupted when the aircraft was taken OTS and sent to the hangar for further troubleshooting.
