Narrative:

Air carrier X departed on tralr RNAV departure procedure. Air carrier Y departed right behind on perfum RNAV departure. I assume tower launched both aircraft using visual separation. Fairly busy departure push. Someone keyed up and asked 'what departure is air carrier X on?' after some confusion; determined it was air carrier Y asking question. Told air carrier Y that he would diverge with air carrier X at ropr; and 'don't pass him.' air carrier Y indicated he would pass him. I then stopped air carrier X at 6000 ft and kept air carrier Y climbing to avoid a loss of separation. Yet another problem with the las RNAV departure procedures.
