Narrative:

Aircraft X inbound ZZZ on jun/wed/05. Approximately XA00; all lavs found with oxygen panels stickered shut. The installation of those security stickers prevent deployment of the lav O2 panels in the event of an emergency. Someone could suffocate in the lav; should O2 become required in flight. Today I came across aircraft Y in ZZZ and I found int'l security stickers installed over the ceiling O2 drop panels at all five lavs; see enclosed photos. I also enclosed other photos of other aircraft I came across with the same issue. The photos for aircraft Y are labeled accordingly. I also made five separate maintenance entries in aircraft Y on the security stickers. You can pull them out from under fmr air traffic area chapter 2540. These are some more instances with photos where the security stickers have been placed over the lav oxygen panels preventing deployment of the panel and oxygen masks in the event of an emergency. This is a daily occurrence. I am supplying you with photos of aircraft Z dated may/sat/05 and aircraft Y dated jun/tue/05. Please see the attachments for your review. I recommend that a maintenance check card be issued immediately to correct the B757 fleet; as well as the A300 fleet. Besides the oxygen panels; we have also found these security stickers on lav smoke detectors. The stickers have blocked critical airflow to these units; lights and horns. Tsa requirements cannot compromise the safety of any one at air carrier X or our passenger. Please address this critical safety item immediately.
