Narrative:

At XA30; aircraft came in. The aircraft required an oil check and a repair on the l-hand protective lens missing. I performed the oil check using part 135 amm 12-12-01 and installed the protective lens using part 135 amm 57-30-01. Aircraft flew 2 legs and came back with l-hand lens missing. Callback conversation with reporter revealed the following information: the reporter stated the lens reported missing was the left landing light lens which protects the light lamp. The right lens is the same material and construction but r-hand confign.

Title: AN EMB135 TECHNICIAN RPTS REPLACING THE L LNDG LIGHT LENS DUE TO MISSING. ACFT FLEW 2 LEGS AND ON ARR FOUND L LENS MISSING AGAIN.

Narrative: AT XA30; ACFT CAME IN. THE ACFT REQUIRED AN OIL CHK AND A REPAIR ON THE L-HAND PROTECTIVE LENS MISSING. I PERFORMED THE OIL CHK USING PART 135 AMM 12-12-01 AND INSTALLED THE PROTECTIVE LENS USING PART 135 AMM 57-30-01. ACFT FLEW 2 LEGS AND CAME BACK WITH L-HAND LENS MISSING. CALLBACK CONVERSATION WITH RPTR REVEALED THE FOLLOWING INFO: THE RPTR STATED THE LENS RPTED MISSING WAS THE L LNDG LIGHT LENS WHICH PROTECTS THE LIGHT LAMP. THE R LENS IS THE SAME MATERIAL AND CONSTRUCTION BUT R-HAND CONFIGN.
