Narrative:
I am a lead tech for air carrier X. I've been working overweight flts for yrs. Finally; I started contacting loads; capts; dispatch; etc; to correct the problems. Air carrier X senior management and corporate security are trying to discredit me. I say; 'no way I; have proof.' I'm doing a proper job; however; management is trying to squash me. Dispatch; loads; and capts wanted me to contact you (NASA). I see big problems on the horizon. Also; overweight bags cause injuries on duty -- all denied by management.
