Narrative:
Frequency 120.4 main/standby receivers and transmitters are having blanking areas; south of sav where aircraft cannot hear us and we cannot hear them. This is a safety issue due to if a control instruction is used and they are in these areas.

Title: SAV CTLR EXPRESSED CONCERN REGARDING LACK OF RADIO COVERAGE S OF THE ARPT.
Narrative: FREQ 120.4 MAIN/STANDBY RECEIVERS AND XMITTERS ARE HAVING BLANKING AREAS; S OF SAV WHERE ACFT CANNOT HEAR US AND WE CANNOT HEAR THEM. THIS IS A SAFETY ISSUE DUE TO IF A CTL INSTRUCTION IS USED AND THEY ARE IN THESE AREAS.
