My employee number was used to sign off a technical foreman deferral only in ZZZ. The signoff with action taken used was to the PIREP I used the night before; apr/wed/05. The procedure was not properly accomplished. Called technical services to have the item re-opened.

Narrative: MY EMPLOYEE NUMBER WAS USED TO SIGN OFF A TECHNICAL FOREMAN DEFERRAL ONLY IN ZZZ. THE SIGNOFF WITH ACTION TAKEN USED WAS TO THE PIREP I USED THE NIGHT BEFORE; APR/WED/05. THE PROC WAS NOT PROPERLY ACCOMPLISHED. CALLED TECHNICAL SVCS TO HAVE THE ITEM RE-OPENED.
