Narrative:

I was working on aircraft performing a heavy check. In my paperwork I had a request to change the #2 low range radio altimeter transceiver. I did change the transceiver as required and performed the functional check of the hgs and no faults were found; and system worked as required. I re-certified the aircraft to CAT III status; but I did not complete the system aircraft maintenance control check nor get a verification number from maintenance control.
