Narrative:

On apr/tue/05 I worked on aircraft X. I did a service check. The aircraft was located at the cargo area. I opened the cowls to check starter level and perform a visual check of the engine. Engine #2 starter oil was low and I svced. I latched all the latches on both engines. In the morning; aircraft X had to be towed to the gate and I did a walkaround and did not notice the latches being open. I rode brakes during the towing and secured the aircraft upon arrival to the gate.
