Narrative:
I was monitoring D sector 89 (non radar). Controller asked me to input a climb to aircraft #1 into the odads computer. Conflict indicator was overlooked. Aircraft #1 became in conflict with head-on aircraft #2. Separation was lost. Controller was notified and evasive action was taken.

Title: ZNY ASSOCIATE CTLR ENTERED DATA INFO FOR RADAR CTLR AND WITNESSED CONFLICT ALERT ACTIVATE WITH SUBSEQUENT OPERROR AT FL330.
Narrative: I WAS MONITORING D SECTOR 89 (NON RADAR). CTLR ASKED ME TO INPUT A CLB TO ACFT #1 INTO THE ODADS COMPUTER. CONFLICT INDICATOR WAS OVERLOOKED. ACFT #1 BECAME IN CONFLICT WITH HEAD-ON ACFT #2. SEPARATION WAS LOST. CTLR WAS NOTIFIED AND EVASIVE ACTION WAS TAKEN.
