Narrative:

The primary and secondary radar has been going OTS since mar/sat/05; since we have moved to our new facility. When radar has gone out we have gone to cenrap. This situation is very unsafe because the radar antenna actually stops and the radar scopes go black. It takes several mins to apply cenrap for the operation once the radar antenna starts moving again. Solution: we have started the process for receiving ASR-11 and need to be placed higher on the waterfall list. We will received ASR-11 in 2008.
