The ptpn airport windsocks at the approach ends of runway 9 and runway 27 are shredded and unlit. The runway distance remaining markers are absent on the north side of the runway; and those on the south are unlit and dark. The runway surface adjoining the islands that make the runway 9; runway 27 is breaking up (FOD) hazard. The markings are worn and weathered; needs painting on both ends of the runway.
