Narrative:

I was informed that I needed to fill out a report due to the findings of another mechanic in regard to oil dripping from the bottom of the cowl on #2 engine. He found that there was a clip pin inserted in the service port of the #2 CSD. I do not remember servicing this particular aircraft or engine during my ron check. I also have never used a clip pin to service a CSD! I do not know where the clip pin is supposed to go and what function it serves if I did use one! Also; when I looked at the history of this aircraft and #2 engine; it indicated that there was a history associated with unusual frequency of oil servicing with #2 engine CSD dating back to dec/04. I am confident that I had nothing to do with that pin being found on #2 engine CSD. I will be more than happy to provide the auths with any more information required to further investigate this event.
