Narrative:

I was assigned non routine cards; among others. These cards regarded dents in the fuselage at B.south. 440+9 between str 27R-28R and B.south. 480 between str 27R-28R. I began my task by printing the limits for the damage from the srm. This is where the discrepancy occurred. I somehow printed pages 1-10 from the srm and omitted page 3. On the omitted page was note 'V' which states 'you are not allowed damage in adjacent bays.' I continued on with my task by measuring the damage to get my a/Y dimension. Upon measuring the dent at B.south. 440+9; I found it to be within limits per the srm and proceeded to document my measurements and call inspection. Upon the inspector's arrival; I handed him paperwork referencing the srm and measured the damage for him to witness. Upon witness of the measurements and ndt performed; we signed off card. I then began the same procedure at B.south. 480 sr 27R-28R. The same events took place which resulted in me again calling inspection. We again took measurements; performed ndt; resulting in the sign-off of card. Cards were re-opened and a repair installed per engineering authority/authorized at B.south. 480 str 27R-28R; due to note 'V' which states 'no damage allowed in adjacent bays' (ie; missing page).

Title: B737-300 FUSELAGE SKIN DENTS WERE INCORRECTLY EVALUATED AND RELEASED FOR SVC. AN SRM PAGE WAS OMITTED IN THE EVALUATION.

Narrative: I WAS ASSIGNED NON ROUTINE CARDS; AMONG OTHERS. THESE CARDS REGARDED DENTS IN THE FUSELAGE AT B.S. 440+9 BTWN STR 27R-28R AND B.S. 480 BTWN STR 27R-28R. UPON MEASURING THE DENT AT B.S. 440+9; I FOUND IT TO BE WITHIN LIMITS PER THE SRM AND PROCEEDED TO DOCUMENT MY MEASUREMENTS AND CALL INSPECTION. UPON THE INSPECTOR'S ARR; I HANDED HIM PAPERWORK REFERENCING THE SRM AND MEASURED THE DAMAGE FOR HIM TO WITNESS. UPON WITNESS OF THE MEASUREMENTS AND NDT PERFORMED; WE SIGNED OFF CARD. I THEN BEGAN THE SAME PROC AT B.S. 480 SR 27R-28R. THE SAME EVENTS TOOK PLACE WHICH RESULTED IN ME AGAIN CALLING INSPECTION. WE AGAIN TOOK MEASUREMENTS; PERFORMED NDT; RESULTING IN THE SIGN-OFF OF CARD. CARDS WERE RE-OPENED AND A REPAIR INSTALLED PER ENGINEERING AUTH AT B.S. 480 STR 27R-28R; DUE TO NOTE 'V' WHICH STATES 'NO DAMAGE ALLOWED IN ADJACENT BAYS' (IE; MISSING PAGE).
