Narrative:

Arrived at aircraft to find pitch feel #2 placarded inoperative. Pitch feel #1 was written up in logbook as 'failed to reset' by inbound crew. Maintenance worked on problem for over 2 hours. Maintenance fixed pitch feel #1 and we were cleared to go. Shortly after takeoff, pitch feel #1 failed. Then we had both pitch feel inoperative. I then elected to return to mia. Callback conversation with reporter revealed the following information: the reporter has no information on the maintenance action taken on the #1 or #2 pitch feel system malfunctions.

Title: AN A300-600 WAS DISPATCHED WITH THE #2 PITCH FEEL SYS INOP PER THE MEL. ON CLBOUT THE #1 PITCH FEEL SYS FAILED AT 3000 FT. RETURNED TO FIELD.

MAINT FIXED PITCH FEEL #1 AND WE WERE CLRED TO GO. SHORTLY AFTER TKOF, PITCH FEEL #1 FAILED. THEN WE HAD BOTH PITCH FEEL INOP. I THEN ELECTED TO RETURN TO MIA. CALLBACK CONVERSATION WITH RPTR REVEALED THE FOLLOWING INFO: THE RPTR HAS NO INFO ON THE MAINT ACTION TAKEN ON THE #1 OR #2 PITCH FEEL SYS MALFUNCTIONS.
