Narrative:

Upon arriving in the ZZZ area, we lowered the gear with no associated red or green lights except the nose gear red unsafe light. Maintenance control was advised in ZZZ1 with ZZZ and dispatch listening in. A tower fly-by at 1000 ft was performed with 3 FAA tower personnel watching. They confirmed 3 gear down and they appeared to be locked. All appropriate checklists were run with a visual confirmation through the inspection holes performed. An emergency was declared and the landing was uneventful. All appropriate parties (maintenance, outbound crew) were briefed on the situation.
