Narrative: ACFT CALLED FOR CLRNC WHILE AIRBORNE. I ISSUED THE CLRNC AND THOUGHT THAT I DEPARTED THE ACFT. THEN FORGOT ABOUT HIM WHILE DOING OTHER ATC DUTIES.
