Narrative:

End of late duty day preceded by a late duty day with short layover. ATIS called for runway 24 or runway 33 approach with calm winds. Set up and briefed ILS runway 24. Initial contact with approach, told to expect runway 6 approach. Rush to set up runway 6 approach in FMS, tune radios and brief. Next or following transmission was told to expect runway 24. Asked for winds and approach reported calm. Asked about runway 6. Told runway 24 or runway 33. Took runway 24. On short final, told about aircraft on approach for runway 33 who was s-turning because approach botched sequencing. On rollout, told to go to taxiway. We couldn't make it and then told to roll quickly through intersection of runways. As we passed runway 33, saw aircraft less than 50 ft above the ground. Not sure what was going on, but approach and tower did not have a handle on operations.
